Referral Reward Program

Receive a $10 Customer Loyalty Reward Card when a new client tells us you referred them. This is our way of saying thank you for spreading the word about Germantown Hills Animal Hospital‘s excellence in service.

Terms and Conditions:

  • This offer expires on January 31, 2026. Nichols Veterinary Services, PC may terminate the offer before that date.
  • Existing Client (Referrer) – will receive a Customer Loyalty Card in the mail after the new client completes their first transaction. We generally mail the cards within one week of the referee’s appointment.
  • New Client (Referee) – must not have been a client of Nichols Veterinary Services, PC, anytime within the last three years to qualify as a new client.
  • The $10.00 Customer Loyalty Card can be used toward any service or product at our office.
  • The Card expires 90 days from the date issued.
  • Earn up to $120.00 for up to 12 referrals in a 12-month period beginning with the date of the first issued Customer Loyalty Card.
