How to Earn Your $10.00 Customer Loyalty Card:

Schedule a routine wellness examination appointment between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. (Be sure to mention that you are joining us for “Happy Hour”).
Come to your appointment and pick up your $10.00 Customer Loyalty Card at check out.
The card must be used at a future appointment within 90 days from receipt of the card.
The client must have a zero balance on their account to earn a card.
This offer expires on January 31, 2023. One time only. Nichols Veterinary Services, PC may terminate the offer before that date.
